PROCESSING TIME
We are committed to printing and producing your order as quickly as possible.
Typically, our team will begin producing within two business days after you have successfully uploaded the necessary information, including your address, product details, order specifics, and artwork that meets our guidelines, along with your payment for fulfillment.
Please note that the cooling-off period allows you to make changes to your order. Once the order is received by our manufacturers, no details can be altered or canceled.
We will only process orders based on the information you provide, and we will not make any modifications. It is therefore your responsibility to ensure that all data is accurate to avoid any issues arising from incorrect entries (such as incorrect or missing addresses, zip codes, customer information, or errors in size, color, or product type).
Processing time begins on the business day when all the following conditions are met:
– You have submitted all required information, including shipping details and customer information.
– You have provided the correct artwork file that complies with our guidelines.
– You have completed payment for the fulfillment cost of your order.
– Our team has been informed (if you haven’t worked with us recently or are a new customer).
SHIPPING TIME
On average, products are manufactured within two business days. Standard shipping typically takes 4-7 business days for domestic orders.
To check the status of your orders, please refer to your order details for the tracking number.
Tracking numbers may take 1 to 2 business days to be updated in the shipping carrier’s system. In rare cases, a shipping carrier may lose an order. If your tracking number does not work after a few days, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
